Is the 30-day free trial really free?
Yes. No credit card is required at signup and every feature is available for 30 days. If you don't add a payment method during the trial, your account is automatically paused — no charges of any kind.
Can you help migrate data from another system?
Yes, data migration support is free. Send us your existing customer, cast, and reservation history as CSV (or similar) and we'll handle the import.
Do the mobile apps cost extra?
No. The three mobile apps (cast, driver, guest) are included in every plan at no extra charge.
Can I change plans later?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Mid-month changes are prorated automatically.
Which phone systems does the CTI integration support?
