What info do I need to sign up?▼
Just your phone number, email, shop name, and manager name. No company registration, bank account, or credit card is needed during the trial.
Can I start using it right away?▼
Yes. Once signup completes you can log in and use every feature immediately. Initial setup and data migration support are included for free.
Can I migrate from another system?▼
Yes — you can import existing customer and reservation data via CSV. Our team can handle the migration for you at no extra cost (contact us to arrange).
How is this different from the individual product for hosts / cabaret staff?▼
This signup is for shop operators (reservations, dispatch, customer analytics, etc.). Individual performers should use our separate product, tasteck player (player.tasteck.tech).
Can I change plans after signing up?▼
Yes. You can switch between Lite (¥5,000 / ~$34), Standard (¥15,000 / ~$100), and Premium (¥30,000 / ~$200) at any time from the admin console. Downgrades are supported too.
Do you support corporate contracts?▼
Yes — sole proprietors, kabushiki kaisha, and godo kaisha are all supported. Invoiced billing (bank transfer) is available once you move to a paid plan.
