Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These terms set out the conditions for using the services provided by tasteck (the "Service"). Users shall use the Service on the basis that they have agreed to these terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

A person wishing to use the Service shall register in the manner prescribed by us. We may decline a registration where the applicant falls under any of the following:

• The applicant has submitted false information
• The applicant is, or may be, a member of an organised crime group or similar antisocial force
• We otherwise judge the registration to be inappropriate

Article 3 (Fees and payment)

Users shall pay the fees we set, by the method we specify, as consideration for the paid parts of the Service. After the 30-day free trial period, the registered credit card is charged automatically.

Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)

Users shall not do any of the following when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts connected with criminal activity
• Acts that infringe the rights of us or of third parties
• Acts that place an excessive load on the network or systems of the Service
• Reverse engineering or other forms of analysis
• Unauthorised access, or attempts at unauthorised access

Article 5 (Suspension and modification of the Service)

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance, defect resolution, system updates, or similar reasons.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

We accept no responsibility for any transaction, communication, or dispute arising between a user and another user or a third party in connection with the Service.

Article 7 (Changes to these terms)

We may change these terms where we judge it necessary. Amended terms take effect when they are published on this site.

Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office as the court of first instance.
